We want you to feel confident ordering from YFpro. Please review this policy before purchasing.

EXCHANGES
We accept eligible exchange requests made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor-free, and returned with original tags and packaging.

To request an exchange, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you want to exchange. If approved, we will send the return address and complete return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving approval.

NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, fit preference, or buyer's remorse. Eligible purchases may be exchanged under this policy.

LIMITED RELEASES AND AVAILABILITY
Products may be released in limited quantities. An exact replacement is not guaranteed. If the requested exchange is unavailable, we may offer another available item or store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard exchanges. We recommend a trackable shipping service. YFpro is not responsible for a return lost before it reaches us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, YFpro will provide the appropriate replacement or resolution and cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when required.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Items showing wear, washing, alteration, odor, stains, or damage after delivery; items returned without required tags or packaging; gift cards; and items marked final sale, except where damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment has begun.
